Currently returning from an adventurous weekend visiting out of town friends and their family

a big thank you to the hospitality of KL and Vortex <3 i had a great time.
Ive been searching for a scanner invisible marker or highlighter to use as a tone guide when i do the black and white scanning.
The issue is that most highlighters or even the lightest blue markers seem to love showing up as dark shadows on the scans. I cant use colored pencils because their material prevents the tone from sticking.
Deleter had a brand of Baby Green highlighter/marker BUT it still leaves slight shadows where one would double over when filling in an area.
If anyone can suggest a light visibility but un scan-able marker i would appreciate it.
Ink experiments are promising. Only problem is finding an ink that wont expire. proportions are gradual/ me thinks ill make a chart at some point.
Manuscript paper = sexy
oh... one last thing...
I lost the game =<
